The Pick N Mix Friday Flavas Show is back on air tonight from 9pm – 11pm (GMT) only on Ace Of Jacks Radio.  But brace yourselves as this one could get messy.

Ace Of Jacks and Senior Nobleman want to know what are the “do’s” and the “dont’s” when concerned with you ex-partner?  Should you accept calls after 10pm? Should

you go for drinks? Expect to hear a few cautionary tales!

Joining them tonight in the studio will be the founders of Shear & Shine (UK’s First Black Owned Grooming Brand for Black Men), Aaron Wallace and Lina Gadi. Expect to hear an origin story, a few grooming tips and maybe one of their own do’s and dont’s.
