The Pick N Mix Friday Flavas Show returns to Ace Of Jacks Radio tonight from 9pm – 11pm(GMT). 

Join Ace Of Jacks & Senior Nobleman as they discuss “Turning positives to negatives!” 

The guys want to know what circumstances have you faced which appeared negative but the tables turned in your favour!

As always Mr J’zacks will be spinning tracks and the Nobleman will be spilling the facts! 

But thats not all! The boys joined by another inspirational individual, Ms Charlotte Crowl (Cici) – Director of Pure Helps to Cure. The boys will get to hear her story as well as negatives that she turns to positives.
