Senior Nobleman panellist at IY’s “Let talk relationships & selfcare”
Last night Ace Of Jacks Entertainments & Media representative Senior Nobleman sat amongst a group of expert panellists to discuss relationships and self-care with a group peers. Hosted by Inspirational You Founder Sonia Meggie and Three Sixty/Motherhood Reconstructed’s Tamu Thomas, the remaining panellists consisted of Nathaniel Oke Pg Dip, Jahdusha V. Shines, Soraya Bowen and Kandy Holgate. The group discussed their personal and professional experiences in relationships, self-reflection, team-work and external influences as well as how eating the right food and exercising can impact your relationships.
